Will doing a Colonoscopy mess up my Candida Diet?

I have to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Will the prep mess up my diet? And how do I replenish after procedure? I am staying away from the sugar and sweetner drink that I must take with miralax and using smart water. Thank you.

No, the preparations you are doing now won't mess up your diet unless you go off the diet. Keep eating like you've been doing.

After the procedure just continue doing like you've been doing. There isn't anything special you need to do.

Miralax works by taking water from the colon to soften the stool so it is extremely important that you consume plenty of water while taking it. Miralax itself is not going to hurt you, all it is is polyethylene glycol, it does not contain any sugars of any kind.
