What is the maintenance dose for Biofase, Profase, Microfase, Floraphage after yeast is gone?

What is the maintenance dose of Biofase, Profase, Microfase, Floraphage to keep yeast away? As what I could take on an every day basis, not treatment phase? Thanks

I would take 2 Biofase with 2 Profase and 1 Floraphage at least an hour before breakfast or at bedtime.

You might not need Floraphage though, but if you have a history of urinary tract infections caused by E. coli it would be a good idea.

Take 2 Microfase 30 minutes before a meal, but you might be able to discontinue Microfase. Generally, after the yeast levels are under control, Biofase and Profase is enough to keep it from coming back.

However, we all have different microbiomes so you could experiment a little to see what works best for you. Some people do prefer to keep taking Microfase.
