Do you do the 30-day cleanse THEN start the BIOFASE/ PROFASE/ MICROFASE?

I'm just a little confused. Do I do the cleansing only first. THEN do the Yeast killing diet with the BIOFASE/PROFASE/MICROFASE next?

I suspect you are referring to the Ultimate Cleanse system.

If so, that is entirely up to you. But if you have never done a cleanse for parasites, or have problems having daily bowel movements, it is a good idea.

If you don't think you have parasites and having a bowel movement everyday is not a problem, you don't have to do it if you don't want to.
