According to this study posted at the National Library of Medicine, Calendula officinalis was more effective than Nystation against the yeast species Candida albicans, Candida dubliniensis, Candida parapsilosis, Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida guilliermondii, Candida krusei and Rhodotorulla sp.

So Calendula officinalis can be an effective agent in the treatment of penile yeast infections or other yeast infections of the skin. Will it actually cure the infection? The study did not mention it was a cure so you will have to try it and see.
