What would be the best timing when using essential oils for Candida?

by Blaze

I have been doing quite extensive research on essential oils against fungal infections and Candida species. I can say confidentially that they are strong and they work against candida in theory, however I am just starting to put them in practice. I already picked 10 different oils for my own treatment.

I can name the best ones are: Thyme, Oregano, Cinnamon, Lemongrass and Clove. Thyme stands out the most, which is the best of all according to MIC value. Oregano and Cinnamon would be second to Thyme, and right after these are Lemongrass and Clove that are also extremely strong. I would also pick Geranium and Frankincense they still possess very good antifungal properties. Others could be Turmeric, Rosemary, Mint and Teatree, but with slightly lesser antifungal activity, but nonetheless still not underestimated.

So I would pick 4 oils and do 1 drop each diluted with virgin coconut oil in a tablespoon. And the next dose would pick different ones and rotate them. Maybe I can take 1-3 doses per day. I would take them just like any other herbal supplement or even on empty stomach or any time of the day, but I am still not sure about the best timing and dosage.

I also have other antifungal herbal supplements and berberine, so I would be taking them maybe together.

So my question is what do you think about essential oils, the right dosage, and what would be the best timing to take essential oils?

If you can find anti-fungal studies on these oils then they might have a positive effect if the Candida you are infected with is susceptible to them.

I would start with following the dosage directions on the label and go from there.

As far as timing, if possible take them 30 minutes after or with Biofase.
