Biofase (systemic enzymes) dosage after 8 weeks

by Blaze

I have a question about the dosage for taking Biofase. I have candidiasis for 4 years, and leaky gut little less long. I could say it is severe, but I am handling it well, I am a male, 35, and I exercise every day. I am starting with the protocol, but I only have 2 bottles of Biofase. Your recommended dose is 6 capsules per day, but that will last me for only 2 months. My question is, can I lessen the dose gradually, after my candida symptoms starts to improve... let's say 1st month I take 6 caps per day, and 2nd month 4 caps per day, and for 3rd month 2 caps per day?

PS: I have additional bottle of Serrapeptase, which I can hop on later after done with all other enzymes.

Yes, you can do it that way if you would like to but I would be inclined to consider going the other way. Meaning, start at 1 capsule twice a day for a week or two then go to 2 capsules twice and day and eventually 3 twice a day if needed.

Being a severe infection I would also be taking herbs and probiotics and you can start low with those and work up as well. If you do this you could just take 2 capsules of Biofase twice a day with those herbs and probiotics and get good results.

Please be aware that severe infections can take up to 6 months or so to resolve. It just depends on the person.

Any other questions let us know.

starting with lower or higher dose / can Candida adapt?
by: Blaze

I actually believed that the first strike must be the strongest one, and then be gradually weaker. But now you suggested the opposite.
I am concerned what if Candida try to adapt to these enzymes, and just rebuild biofilm if dose is not high enough at beginning, or even learn to tolerate these enzymes and supplements?

My thinking was to start with high dose to eliminate or weaken Candida as much as can, and then lower the dose if less Candida present in the body.

Yes, I also have antifungals, herbs, oils and probiotics.

Can you please clarify little more, why would be better to start with lower dose and then go up?

Candida will start to beef up its cell wall structure based on the parts that are not under attack. However, Biofase contains all the enzymes needed for all parts of the biofilm and cell wall so its ability to adapt is greatly reduced.

When you also add herbs and probiotics designed for this infection your chances of successfully resolving the infection increase dramatically, especially for moderate to severe infections.

Starting out with high doses often causes die-off reactions that some people cannot tolerate. In these cases starting at lower doses is advised. You could start high like you suggest and if you have die-off reactions you cannot tolerate, then lower the dose and work up as you are able.
